The CCEP  is delivering an enhanced Government Radio Network (GRN) to improve emergency and day-to-day operational communications for a wide range of NSW Government agencies including law enforcement, public safety and essential services.

NSW Telco Authority is working directly with telecommunications service providers to improve mobile and digital connectivity for communities in regional and rural NSW, through the Mobile Black Spot Program and the Regional Digital Connectivity Program, part of NSW Government's Connecting Country Communities Program. 

By allowing officers to access video, images, location tracking and other data, Public Safety Mobile Broadband (PSMB) may improve how the police, fire, ambulance and other public safety agencies operate.

This strategy sets out the operating models, priorities and actions required to drive significant reform, savings and better services to NSW Government agencies.
